Trust Fall
A live-cut music video built in TouchDesigner, Unity, and Premiere Pro. Scenes were switched live during performance to create the final edit.
Trust Fall was created as a music video, but the production process is more accurately described as a live performance — scenes built in TouchDesigner and Unity were switched and layered in real time, with the cuts captured as the final video.
This approach removes the conventional editing step and replaces it with a live decision-making process, where the final piece is as much a performance as a production.
The result has a specific kind of energy — the transitions feel live because they are live, and the visual grammar reflects the imperfect responsiveness of a human operator in the moment.
